Estlcam hardware requirements

Hello,

I am looking to buy a smallish(12inch screen) used windows tablet on eBay as a platform for both running both repetier host and estlcam for generating Goode. Does anyone have any idea what are the hardware requirements for estlcam? I currently run estlcam on my homemade beast of a machine. It was built for serious image editing, video editing and high end gaming. Needless to say estlcam runs just fine on it. Bit I need portable but just for this specific task. I don’t want to pay for more than this task requires.

Will 4gb of ram do? Of should I go with 8? Image editing needs as much RAM as you can physically give it but I suspect that is not the case with CAM software in general.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. :slight_smile:

Anything should work fine, the only paths that seem to take any sort of processing horse power are 3D ones. Those might take a few minutes but even then, no big deal.

I run ESTLCAM on a

RCA Cambio

Win 10 2 in 1 with

Intel Atom processor

2GB ran

32gig drive

and it works fine I also run Vcare Pro on it just fine too
