ESP32 - Firmware / Port issue

I purchased off elecrow so trying to get the ESP32 loaded with firmware. PC on W11. I was originally not showing the Ports at all but following a guide ( Setting up FluidNC ) + googling, it’s finally popping up. However I can’t connect on the site and it shows the warning/caution icon with “cannot start”. Have tried multiple USB ports.

I downloaded the drivers, installed them, port still didn’t show up so I had to add it by device manager > add legacy > added the silicon labs. I tried updating the drivers after I saw it in the list but it’s already fully updated.

Jackpot is not powered but the ESP is plugged into it currently. Going to try a laptop next but it’s old and slow so figured I’d ask before I start pulling hair out.

EDIT: IT WAS THE CORD

charge only cable? Yes happens all the time .
