To come up with:
It has a mega 5 channel shield and the egg holder part isnt quite right and the oen holder is super loose, but im out of time for now with it. Looks like ill need to compile firmware for the servo to work and wire it all up still.
Question: how does it hold the egg?
One side with the motor shaft has a tpu cup. The other cup is currently reprinting.
The other side needs to be adjustable to get the egg in and out. I have sn 8mm shaft or lead screw available. It needs a clamping collar and ideally it would not require a tool. Any ideas on how to spring load it?

Actually a remnant cutoff of a printed spring (green) from something else. This whole build is out of the spare parts bin. The only “new” parts are the ones recently printed.
Firmware that supports the servo is not yet ready.
No quite there yet…
The egg is slipping and the pen isnt lifting (klipper issue) and the x rotation distance was wrong.
But it has been fun so far. Turns out that is the last egg in the house. More another day.
We have bought more eggs in the last 2 weeks than in the previous 3 months.
