I just recieved my dw660 in the mail and wanted to turn it on to see how loud it was. I quickly noticed how hot the chuck got, which I thought was weird considering it was a no load situation. It gets too hot to touch for more than a second. Is that normal? Seems to me like a bind which could be likely because I bought it as preopened. Shows no signs of wear but it is technically not new. I am thinking of just taking the 2nd lock thing off because I prefer using a wrench.
