I have had good luck using a drag knife on my LR3 for vinyl stickers. Little finicky getting the pressure right and what not. I cut them on a glass plate I had lying around which helped immensely. I would think you could achieve that result (assuming you mean the white “Jeep”) pretty easily.
Yep drag knife like the one Ryan sells in the store will work. You do need something hard as a work surface, I use a ceramic tile but mirror or glass pane would probably be better.
