Does anyone know how to set up an auto squaring function?

Does anyone know how to set up an auto squaring function? I know it takes 2 limit stops on the axes your wanting to square, but how do you set that up?

The machine is a 3 axis router table XYYZ scratch built, the Card is the Fluidnc 6x external drive.
