Made with a pre-release candidate (RC2) of LowRider v4 - 50mm/sec feed rate, 12mm depth of cut, 1/4” 1-flute up-cut carbide end mill from V1E.com. PS: 50mm/sec feed rate was not too fast for the machine, but may have been a bit too fast for this type of wood, which @orob says looks like Poplar. It did not do as well as the earlier test cuts, which were (I think) Alder wood. Also, while the other (Alder?) cut like butter and no trouble with “sharding” or splintering, this wood did. For the same reason, the 75% step over that worked great on the (presumably Alder) was not the best for this. 50% step over would probably have been fine.
