1:21, 1/8" endmill, I am pretty happy with it. Starting to make some noise so I think there is not too much more to eek out. (I know, I know…I should break something to prove it.

11.58, 11.98, 11.96. I think I had a few tiny metal slivers stuck to the tip when I probed (dang magnets), I think those all were normally a hair over not under on all the tests before.

I modified the gcode to get rid of the first set of finishing passes (the ones after roughing, before the actual finishing passes), got rid of two extra Z hops. Super fun gcode to modify I just edit the first numbers to say where to start, and then find/replace the roughing and finishing numbers.

Tomorrow…1/4" testing, I am going to need more MDF.
