I’m a newbie and am currently having the same issue and cannot resolve. I’m using windows. Cable, baud rate, drivers, etc are all good. I’m baffled at this point. Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated.

The OP had Linux, you have windows. I suggest you make a new topic for this, and then we’ll start working your similar but different issues.
