Can't build it, but I can print it! Wait! Now I can!

Getting there. Need to add some bracing.

Getting fancy. Thought the legs would hold up without bracing along the Y axis, they flex a bit too much. Needs braces there too.

Love the wheels.

So be honest, how is the garage vs the barn? So far.

Kind of a toss up. Garage is air conditioned, and no bats. Barn was full of tools.
I also can’t make as much noise in the garage, Shaneh’s office shares a wall with it.

What casters are you using for those legs? Look great…

Wow! Down cut bits work soooo much better. Started out with an up cut, got half way through and wondered if I had one. Turns out I do!

Did anyone else at this point wonder if you really had to take it apart to install the struts, and was just tempted to see how much you could use it without them?

Yea, I still need to take it apart, don’t have enough of the spacer thingies.

There we go.

There you go showing off with the cable lacing again. Man that sure does look good though. Guess next time I’m in from offshore I’ll have to get Dad to teach me how to do it.

Well, got it mostly back together finally. Only casualty so far is one of the limit switches broke the lever pins. Have a bag of those though, so no biggie.

Truly a work of art. This makes me smile each time I see Barry’s cable dressing.
