So my neighbor gave me this CNC while he is deployed and i have everything working well. Mostly designing and exporting projects from Easal to Repetier and i haven’t had any issues. Im now using Aspire 8.5 but i cant figure out the correct post processor. Ive tried using vcarve .gcode but it doesn’t show up in Repetier host. Any idea what i could be doing wrong.
What file extension is the post-processor using? Might be as simple as renaming the file.
Ive attached screen shots of what it says. It loads up but when i go to print preview it doesnt show anything.
What happens when you click “print”?
There’s an option in RH to show “travel moves”. Since we aren’t using an extruder, RH doesn’t understand that we are tying to mill, and it thinks all of the moves are travel moves. You can also share the gcode file here, and we can take a look. Or try ncviewer.com
There is no marlin on mine, any ideas what to use. This is vertion 10 of aspire.

vcarve pro trial edition v11 and ive added the marlin post processor which shows up in post processor management but vcarve does not output in marlin gcode
Am i missing something , i would be pulling my hair out if i had any
