Arranging perimeter conduit in a rectangular MPCNC

To maximise the table space I have, my MPCNC is going to be decidedly rectangular (cutting area will be about 71cm x 37cm). In light of that, should I site the longest conduit lengths in the lower position of the corner blocks, or the upper position? (Or doesn’t it matter?)
