The removal of the inlay tools in MillMage means you have to go in and manually round out every sharp inside corner to a radius that is slightly larger than the endmill you are using. In my case a 1/8 inch, I radiused the curves to 0.127 as the endmill is 0.125. In this project the font was too narrow for the endmill to fit in a few places, I had to modify these locations slightly so the mill would fit. MillMage makes doing these kind of modifications easy. That all being said I will be a happy camper once the Pro version is out and this will be automated.
