I have purchased the following items and was wondering if somebody could point me in the right direction of where to wire my end stops and motors?
1- ZenXY v2 Hardware & Components bundle
2- Nema 17 84OZ/in Steppers
1- 24V Power Supply
8- GT2 10mm Belt
1- ZenXY V2 Printed Parts Set
1- Jackpot CNC Controller
I was also wondering if the software that comes preloaded is compatible with my set up or do I need to install a new software?

If you open config.yaml and read through it you can figure which motors connect to which stepper ports.
It will also tell you what endstops connect where. For example if you look under x: it says
limit_neg_pin: gpio.25:high
So the x limit switch connects to GPIO 25
