I made a small block that sits over the z stop tab. This gives a nice flat surface for the z stop switch to roll on, and yields a more repeatable z leveling.

I just recently bent mine down a bit to center the roller on the flat. I think I am getting within .1-.2mm across 2.5’.
That block is a cool idea. The printer XZ plate is probably just about that wide.
