Ymin seems to be misaligned with Ymax after good performance last night

Came out this morning to the garage and decided to flatten my wasteboard some more. I did about 3 hours of flattening last night (the ends are way out).

When homing the machine, Ymin seems to be a little off and will crash into the Ymin belt holder before the limit switch can get to the screw. Moving it seems to help it move again but when I go to say Y1200, Ymax will hit the belt tensioner at the end of travel and Ymin is way off.

During assembly, I loctited the bejesus out of the grub screws on all axis’. Is there something I am not seeing that you guys have had happen?

The only think I can think of is that I turned my heater off last night before coming to bed…is it a temperature difference making this issue?? I hope not?

It’s something i would have to see, but id start with getting it close to squarish with the power off and then manually triggering the switches to make sure they’re working. It would have to be pretty out of whack to bind up unless there’s something physically stopping it.

I’m going in on nights tonight but I wanted to try homing and fast moving the LR4 before I went in.

Only thing that changed from this morning is that I had my radiant heat heater on for a couple hours before I tried again. No hang ups, no skipped steps or motor crashing experienced.

SO weird. I guess I’ll attempt flattening tomorrow morning when I get home from work.
