Anyone else frustrated with the drudgery of constantly relocating yardwork tools, requiring a bunch of walking, or, tight rope walker balancing skills to avoid tipping questionably stacked wheelbarrows?
I know the solution involves CNC cut plywood, 2x4s, EMT and maybe some ASA/PETG partsâŚ
Guessing some fellow tinkerers have similar frustrations, and hopefully already pimped out their wheelbarrows and/or made dedicated all terrain tool/material carts? I looked at existing barrow accessories, but theyâre meh. Am not looking to add dual rotor axial flux motors, RTK and SLAM (just yetâŚ). For now, itâd be great to mount a bunch of needed tools without them tipping, or impaling me.
Yep, the beer holder and mini cooler is a P0 critical requirement. Misc storage would be useful. But I need to mount an arsenal of yardwork tools, so the burrow buddyâs light weight Martha Stewart* target demographic felt meh for me. Burrow buddy and similar looks helpful for light duty gardening.
*No disrespect to Martha Stewart, Iâm confident she could easily shiv me if it came down to it.
Man with all the long tools youâve got there I feel like youâd be better off with a more vertical setup. Maybe a hand truck with attachments. Was trying to think of a way to vertically mount on the wheelbarrow but that feels akward to my brain and something low on the sides sounds better.
GentlemenâŚ..get yourself a Gorilla wagon. They are the catâs meow. I outfitted mine with some taller sidewalls. Hauling yard tools, grass clippings, garden produce, kidsâŚ.you name it. Use it every single day.
