X,Y Inconsistencies with Lowrider 3

Hi everyone. I’m getting inconsistencies with positioning on both x and y axes. My Lowrider 3 print area is 555mm x 828mm, and when carving a 10mm grid on my spoilboard I’m getting position errors of up to 4mm in both directions. I’ve attached some picture to show the issues I’m getting. The spoilboard grid should have evenly spaced lines at 10mm and a rectangle all the way around the print area. I used Carveco Maker to generate the g-code and Repetier to send.
Is this a hardware issue (belt tightness, alignement etc) or can anyone point me in another direction?

I’ve found the problem. My drive pulleys are for 6mm GT2 belt, and not 10mm GT2 belt . Need to order the correct drive wheels.
