Wide LR3 - Laser Edition

Hey everyone,

I wanted to post some pictures of my finished and working laser build as a thank you to Ryan and everyone on the forums who have been so gracious with all of their help!

I needed to make a machine that could handle 6 ft material because it was going to cut foam for the upholstery project I have worked on for the last couple of years.

I also installed the Atomstack 20 watt diode laser and let’s just say I have never been so nervous about not blinking when the machine is running lol!

Especially cutting foam, if my fume evacuation is too aggressive it will actually feed oxygen to any potential fires that might start so it has been quite a process dialing it in and I will say for sure that I will never leave it alone when it is cutting!

sorry if im in the wring part but i guess a full thread is to much
thank you

I’m sorry, but it’s been too Long since I’ve gone through that process and I’m sure the firmware is different now. I would start a new support topic if you can’t find it in the laser documentation. I hope you can get it working!
