Im looking to buy that thing looks like a brush and goes around the dust colecting device.

Does that really help with the suction ?
I don’t think it is supposed to help with suction. It should just stop the chips though, or make them bounce back in. Otherwise, they shoot out a foot and a half before they are slow enough for the vac to pick them up.
