What to adjust to get Z Axis perpendicular to Y?

What should I adjust in order to get my Z axis rails perpendicular to the Y axis (seems okay in relation to the X axis) - I’ve gone through some old threads but couldn’t quite determine how to move forwards as in loosen this, tighten that, double check something else.

Any guidance much appreciated, thanks.

I have always just adjusted tramming at my router mount, but that doesn’t square up the z-rails. Squaring the z could have some noticeable benefits for taller parts. I’m curious to see what methods ppl are using to do this. My initial thought is that tightening the core z clamps in the right order could have some affect. Along those lines though, I have noticed my z-rails don’t really touch the 4 inner bearings much if at all… appears the core is stiff enough to support the z using just the 8 outer bearings. So in my case I may not have as much “wiggle room” to adjust this. I am guessing this is caused by my burly mount being a bit too wide for the J for whatever reason (likely small print buggers).

Yeah shimming the mount doesn’t really help for taller pieces. Feels as though the actual solution will involve doing something with the core clamps.

Loosened everything, shimmed the Y tube a little on the XA XB side and a little finagling of the mount itself and everything seems a lot better, at some point I"ll rebuild the table and make sure it’s dead flat.
