I just did the pen crown tested and now need help on buying a good 1/8" size bit for the DeWalt 611 router. I purchased the 1/8" collar from Ryan yesterday. I need pone for cutting plywood and one from cutting acrylic sheets.

I would start with a single flute upcut for plastic. I would also use that for plywood as well, you will hear people worried about tear out but in this case you can simply flip the wood over and cut the other side. I am not a huge fan of down cut bits.
