Of course… a thousand different screws in your shop and not one that fits! 
I bought a box set of metric set screws (grub screws) from Amazon. They are mostly worthless, but occasionally priceless.
Did you already throw away your blob? Can you hear it up enough to get the old screws out?

I still have it. My wife threw it in the trash and I made her get it back out LOL. She said you have a new one coming why save this one? I said we don’t know if it will have every part needed. Glad I had her get it back out LOL.
I’m going to take the heat gun and get the blob off so I can get the screws out. I just wanted to complain about it as well LOL. Seems ridiculous to me to not include those with the new heat block
