Hello, my name is JD. I have been lurking in these forums for some time now. I am currently in the process of my first LR3 Build. Almost done woohoo. I am down to getting my router and control board. I stumbled upon Jeff’s build for the PI. This is how a run my 3DPs with Klipper. I am closely watching and hoping that comes to fruition for CNC.
My question is will Jeff’s pi image also work with an orange pi?

I haven’t tried it. It is based on the raspian image from rpi. If that image works on the orange pi, then mine probably will. Let us know how it goes.
It would be possible to change the config to make it based on another image from orange. But if there are any troubles, I won’t have time to debug them.
I will give it a go. Orange Pis are cheaper than Rasberry Pis. Well, everything is lol. I have a CB1 for my 3DPs but there is a little more involved to get those going since there isn’t just an image to download like a Pi.
I will definately let everyone know how it goes.
