I just wanted to mention, that i was able to get correct cuts with calibrating in estlcam, i needed to adjust the way of travel per turn, it was 32 mm, now it is down to 31.84 …etc…

Alot of peeps around here will tell you to measure your cut and not the tool. Sometimes the cut is different than what you measure the tool. Just another lil nuance.

Well, the first thing i did before going into cutting my dxf, was testing speed etc…i did test 6 mm holes and single line cuts, they all were 6 mm…i measured diameter of the bit and roundnessof he router after the problems occured
