little update…
i managed to drawo the crown!..yeah…
i am just reprinting the y-tension bases, as they both broke after applying proper tension on the belts…
but its alive…
am very happy…
Easy does it, not gorilla strength.
Well, i have problems with the rail, when driving the axis there is some resistance when passing - crossing the pipeholders?..
this is taking longer than building a new lr4 :_)
So you recommend less tension on the belts?
It’s hard to say, but they feel pretty floppy when they have the right tension. The Y rail blocks should not hinder it in any way.
inside…i have just checked it properly and one screwhead is not hidden in the printed part fully, so it slightly touches the rail parts…
ok, so i was able to get the machine going flawlessly without any bumps showing, went all the way to the edges…
I am now approaching the spindel and opened up the box of the hf converter…no instruction manual inside…
i have attached two picture…
it shows RST for my powercord and UVW for the spindle.
the green sign shows ground for the housing…
somebody here who already has this spindle in use on a german power system? I have contacted the seller for a manual and or help, but no response since now…
