The back cover that I have printed won’t fully open.

I don’t know if it matters but i’m using 32 mm rails.

I’m so sorry, but they were designed for 29.5mm OD (EMT). They probably would need remixed for 32mm rails. If you are not up for a remix I can try to add this to my radar.
