Trying out a different Color Scheme

Decided to build a machine to have in stock. Figured I may as well have some fun with it while I am at it. Color Choices were Bambu Indigo Purple and Elegoo Neon Green. I think it looks pretty good. Hopefully later I will have some pics with the beam to post.

Ah ok, I follow you now. When you load the peter plates into your slicer, choose 0 top and 0 bottom layers. And choose honeycomb infill. These were printed with a .4mm nozzle, 4 walls and 12.5% infill.

Not gonna lie, this actually made me laugh out loud, which is strange to do in a public gym, now I just seem like a weirdo

Ok need some opinions on this. I was about to put the beam together and realized its going to look like :poop: with plain wood struts. I don’t want to cut aluminum or acrylic (raises the cost way too much without it being an ordered unit) so I am thinking paint the struts before install.

Which color should I paint them. For 2 or 3 I will take a printed part to the hardware store and have the paint matched and just get a sample can, that’s more than enough to paint 2 struts.

1 - Black
2 - Purple
3 - Green

purple, core is already black, and the router mount is already green.

Core is the same purple as the YZ plates
