i have been using my cnc today and now the screen is glitching and some times doesn’t load on the merlin screen and just says lcd12864 simulator…
I have unplugged and replugged all the tft plugs.
what can i do to resolve this ?

Yes i have removed both connections and still have the same issue with the screen and it wont load up.
The lcd simulator is marlin mode. The data for that mode comes from the two gray cables. The random mess you have means there is a problem with those cables. Are yours particularly long? Can you move them further from high current cables like the power supply or the motor cables?
Is that screenshot after a clean reset or was that after unplugging things, without power cycling?
