I had just finished a cut job and the screen suddenly went to the choose screen. The knob doesn’t work, depressing the knob doesn’t make a beep, holding down the know doesn’t boot me into either version, and touching anywhere on the screen doesn’t do anything. I have tried reflashing the board, the screen, and the touch calibration multiple times and nothing works. All of the lights are on, so I assume that is good, I have triple-checked all wires and I don’t have a short. I saw in a post that this issue could be caused by the case putting pressure on the back of the screen, but no dice.
I am running the bigtreetech Skr Pro V3 on a lowrider V3. Please help! Thanks!
