This isn’t explicitly for the MPCNC but I’ve found it useful. Dust shoes are great if they don’t tug on the cutter too much. One of the things I noticed was that at certain locations on my machine the vacuum hose would resist against movement. It’s likely an over optimization but this part aims to alleviate some of those forces twisting/binding forces. With this coupler the hose is free to freely spin and won’t bind on itself with twisting motions.
I dropped 1/4 ball bearings into the race and packed it with lithium grease. M3 screws to hold it all together. I have no noticeable vacuum leak at the seams.

You can export STLs from there if you’d like to give it a go. This isn’t my design though I can’t recall where I first saw this type of part.
I’ll grab a few shots of it hooked up to my dust boot next time I’m out in the garage.
