Stupid belt question

That might have been answered already, but I couldn’t find an answer in the forum.

In the build instructions, step4 Tops, the belts are not on the truck assemblies on the photos.

Are you supposed to take them off and then put them back on later? Or was it just to have less cluttered photos?

In the previous step it is advised to put the belt before the idlers cause it would be harder later, so I guess it would be even harder after the truck assembly is fully built…

Can you be more specific about exactly which step and picture you are talking about?

“step4 Tops” doesn’t point me at anything

You mean to put the belts during the truck assembly, and keeping them on from that point on (never removing them), right?

Yes, you can leave them on.
