I always get error message at start up. I click OK and things usually work, but other times I have all kinds of trouble, like not being able to jog. I wonder if this needs to be fixed?
Are you using something like a Pi hooked up with USB to the jackpot for a gcode sender?
No, using my laptop and sending the gcode from Vectric VCarve Pro.
It seems I can run a toolpath, then it loses it’s mind. I have power down and power up several times and then I have to re-home and then run the next toolpath

Are you doing that over USB or over WiFi?
Usually when you get the error you are seeing, the ESP32 has powered up over USB and the drivers aren’t getting power from the power supply. You need to make sure the power supply to the board is on before you hook up any usb to the board.
