Yes, I can get 18 mm too but it’s a much longer drive. Would you use wooden plugs to join the plywood boards?
I just layed them flat on the floor for the strutplate-cutting, which i’m doing right now!

Even with the temporary braces and wobbly sheets on the floor, the cutting went very good and precise!
Belt length didn’t need any calibration. Were already perfect! ![]()

So turns out that
- 6mm upcut bit
- 3200mm/m
- 24.000rpm
- 6mm depth of pass
- In 18mm plywood
Works very fine! No problems at all.
Should i go for the 4000mm/m…
