Hello everyone! Fairly new to this community and very excited to build my first Lowrider V4.
I had a question regarding the electrical crimp terminals. I believe I did not crimp one of the endstops properly and was looking to purchase additional connectors. The build is partially done, I was connecting the wiring to ensure everything worked properly.
I’ve seen some 18-22 AWG and some 22-16 awg but I am unsure which is right or wrong.
Does it even make a difference? Purchasing in Canada.
The spec for these is they are 2.8mm, and of course you have to match the AWG used by your endstop wiring. 22-16AWG seems to be too wide a range for me to be comfortable recommending them.
Tried a few different spade connectors, shared my observations in this topic.
Found Baomain a bit tight, but they can be forced on. Seems like Genuine Molex with detents may fit great, or need a slight squeeze if they feel loose. Ended up soldering my LR4 endstops… https://zoomtube.com/@azab2c/make/v1e-lr4?v=1_1&t=01_24_50.
