I am using the Sorotec App that someone recommended on this forum and I am looking at the “max feedrate” section. What should I do to determine this value for my LR3?
I’m not familiar with that app but I can say firmware max feed rate is 50 mm/s unless you have edited it. Max the machine can handle you’ll have to run some test cuts and see as every build is different
Here is the screen grab of the app. You said 50mm/s is the machine max. The max for the app is 15mm/m. What setting would you recommend?
You have 3500mm/min in your screenshot, I don’t know where you see 15mm/min. You also chose the Hobby Line, switch to “Others” at the bottom of the list to not get false presets.
I also think your max RPM should be 24 000. Mind you, the App always tries to use the max RPM, if you want to use less you have to change those.
