1st time i turned on i get this error message on screen
whats it mean
than i went to try all the axis movement , everything expect for the y max steeper move , it won’t budge at all and on the board there is a light on by that wire , what does light mean
It probably means you have a loose wire, or you plugged in the USB before power.
The light is the endstop indicator and is not actually part of the steppers. To be safe test each one of your endstops to make sure each triggers a light.
does the case fan get plugged into board if so which pins as cant find that anywhere in instructions

yip that was problem the cable hadnt seated far enought . all homing correctly now . tume ti square it next
