Shorty mpcnc rebuild extension

Finally decided to extend my X-axis. Was 22x22 now 22x42 inch rails. Back up and running in under 24 hours was pretty easy modification. Squares and circles are within 0.2mm tolerance and lines straight. I’ve got cracked rollers and my diagonal spacing is off by a couple mm so not pushing it. Cracks took up superglue and there is only one that goes all the way through. Want to go burly on the next rebuild. Existing wiring was long enough. Didn’t use my new legs as z is too short, so rolling steady as shorty.

Having variable speed on the dewalt spindle really reduces the noise. 80% speed is probably 70% noise. I use hearing protection and leave the room for short periods but is not too loud at all, can barely hear it outside door.
