No, VAT is not included.
Those are box sizes. If it fits in a small box that is a cheaper option.
In the US if is a few days. International it takes just under a week to get to your governments custom office. From there it can take minutes to weeks to clear. Keep an eye out for your import tax bill. They will hold it until it gets paid.

Ok. One last question, what do you write on the box? Is it electronics? Or some TARIC code?
It has an HS code on the invoice, it can’t ship otherwise.
