Seeking clarification on part quantities and print settings for MPCNC Primo (C-23.5mm)

Hello V1 Engineering Team,

I am starting my first MPCNC build using the ‘Mostly Printed CNC Primo Version (C-23.5mm)’ files. Since I do not own a 3D printer, I am planning to outsource the printing to a professional service provider.

I have the list of 25 STL files from the documentation, but I want to ensure I order the exact quantity for each part. Could you please verify the required counts for a standard build? Specifically, I’m looking for the quantities for core components like truck-c-primo.stl , core-c-primo.stl , and the various clamps/feet.

Regarding the production settings, I have requested a quote for PLA with a 200-micron layer height and 50-80% (Solid) infill. Given that this is a structural project, are these settings optimal for the ‘C’ version, or should I adjust the infill/wall count for certain parts to ensure rigidity?

Thank you for the amazing project and for your help!

In addition to my questions, I have prepared the following list of the STL files I intend to order. Could you please help me fill in the “Quantity” column for a standard build? I have also included my planned print settings; please let me know if any specific part requires a different configuration for better performance.

Part Name (STL File) Quantity Material Layer Height Infill (%)
core-c-primo.stl [ ? ] PLA 200 Micron 50-80%
truck-c-primo.stl [ ? ] PLA 200 Micron 50-80%
truck-c-primo-mirrored.stl [ ? ] PLA 200 Micron 50-80%
feet-c-primo.stl [ ? ] PLA 200 Micron 50-80%
corner-bottom-c-primo.stl [ ? ] PLA 200 Micron 50-80%
corner-top-c-primo.stl [ ? ] PLA 200 Micron 50-80%
core-clamp-c-primo.stl [ ? ] PLA 200 Micron 50-80%
nut-trap-primo.stl [ ? ] PLA 200 Micron 50-80%
… (All other 25 files) [ ? ] PLA 200 Micron 50-80%

Hey there, just a heads up: this is against the non-commercial license Ryan published the CNC under if you pay someone else for it.
I am licensed in the EU, in America and the rest of the world is @vicious1 and @Jonathjon might be the better address.
Is anyone of us in reach for you?

Regarding your print settings, here’s the list:
