I’m using Lowrider 3 and aspire, on the image you can see, I made a gcode with 2 rectangle, on the first row I have 60mm, but when I cut above it get bigger 2mm. I don’t know why. I send a picture. Anyone can help me?

just a wild guess… is your bit moving under heavier load? If so I suspect the core or the router may need tightening. Or you need to get the bit seated in the router more. But again, thats just a wild guess off the top of my head
That seems to be acm or ACP .
OP, would you share yor feedrate? All that melted plastic its left behind tells me you are not using the correct feed rate for it. Also: dull bits =problems^3
I do mess with acm for a living.
Please share more info with us. What machine are you using, what feedrate you used, is the material well clamped/fixed to the table?
You say you are getting 2 different measurements: are you sure you arent making one as a part and the other to be exactly over the vector lines. You shouldn’t have a skipped step even with bad settings with acm
