Ryan (and others), thoughts on making a CNC using Aluminum Square Tube (6063 T52), say 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" (1/8" Wall)?

Hi, most systems using 3 wheels with 6 connections points on the rim of the profile slots
The wheels are made of POM (POM steel wheel bearing pulley).
