Ich würde gerne die Rohre ausgießen, wie in dem Video MPCNC - TEIL 3 - Die vielleicht beste Eigenbau CNC Fräse & CNC Laser - BASTEL MICHL - YouTube.
Das dort gezeigt Epoxi Harz finde ich nirgends. Hab bei Epodex angefragt, wegen der Gießhöhe.
Bei einer 1200x800 Maschine wären das ca 1,3 Meter. Epodex meinte das wäre eigentlich nicht zu machen in einem Guss.
Welches Harz könnte ich dafür verwenden, oder macht das nichts, in mehreren Schritten zu gießen.

Sorry, I was not able to find the post. But I have heard mixed results from filling the tubes so it will be interesting to see your results.
Your machine is very large so you may get better results by adding supports under the tubing. Possibly one set on the 800mm axis and maybe two on the 1200mm axis. But those could be added later if you find there is an issue.

Gibt es negative Auswirkungen? Ausser dem Gewicht?
Just the weight. Moving mass is the issue.

Rohre biegen sich weniger durch. Gefräst habe ich noch nicht.
