Here is a sneak peak at the LR4 that @vicious1 will be taking to RMRRF 2025!

And here is a pic of the strut without the core installed…

This beautiful LR4 can be yours! If you are going to RMRRF you can pick it up from Ryan Sunday afternoon, or it can be shipped to you (in the lower 48) after the show. PM me for price or email sales@northwoodscustomcreations.com

Yes  But also glad that he will get to see it him self finally. If there is anything he isn’t happy with I will be able to fix it going forward. But I don’t expect anything major that’s for sure.

There will be quite a few inspections and probably a little drool.

That’s a great attitude to have. Nobody’s perfect and always room for improvement.

Plus maybe you did it better than designed haha

Are you coming?

When I first saw that picture, aside from thinking “that’s a great build”, it crossed my mind that if the table were a bit bigger and the LR was oriented the other way… It’d be a servicable machine. Very photogenic.

haha, we got to save this for next time someone asks what table they need and are worried about it.

“This would work”

You know a deck style table might not be a terrible idea. Outer boards along the Y axis with inner boards along the X axis. When a spot gets rough, just replace one of those X axis boards. If you previously surfaced, just resurface that one board.

This looks great! I was going to use the same color scheme (it’s what I use in the rest of my shop) but I ended up going with “natural” PLA for maximum stiffness. It’s a bit boring, so I might try painting it.

Do you mind sharing what filament brand this is? I’ve been using Polymaker Polylite PETG for purple the color is great but I haven’t gotten it to print as well as I’d like. I use SUNLU PETG for the green and that has been good.

The purple is Bambu Basic PLA Indio Purple and the green is Elegoo PLA Neon Green
