I have the LaserTree 10W module kit. The kit comes with a sliding mount (that can be adapted to @DougJoseph’s kinematic tool holder for the LR3/LR4 - for the Primo you may need to design a mounting base), and an adapter board (needed if using a separate power supply). The laser has an air assist nozzle. I attached my shop air hose with the pressure regulated to around 30 PSI.
It’s pretty inexpensive (on sale at $139 USD - without the kit it is $126)
I ordered the 24V model (also comes in 12V), and run both the controller and laser from the same power supply (adapter board not used), but the stock V1E power supply is under-powered to run both, so I bought a larger power supply.
It engraves wood very nicely. I haven’t used it for cutting, but it claims 8mm plywood/5mm MDF in a single pass. YMMV. They also have a 20W model that should cut pretty well, but it has a wider form factor that may or may not mount well on the Primo.
Here’s some pictures of it on my LR3
