I’ve pre-ordered the Powercore V3 from https://rackrobo.io/. Cooper told me on Discord that if everything goes well it could be late July for new orders.
Also there is evidently some work in Marlin but he hasn’t been able to get it to work (and also not his primary focus) so maybe there is a partial solution there.
I just realized this is 3 years old. But anyway maybe a starting point.
Did those guys ever think about using a Prusa MK4 frame for it? Since a lot of people are upgrading to the Core One there are now a lot of unused frames around I guess… 
The workpiece has to be submerged in a tank of electrolyte (distilled water) so a bed slinger is going to be a disadvantage from the start.
Or I guess you can flood the workpiece with a stream only at the tool, so at least you won’t have as much sloshing.

I haven’t put much thought into the rest of the system lately. I guess it’s on me now to take the next steps!
I have a PC V2. Looking at PrintNC for it but trying to finish an LR4 first.
That seems like an overkill.
