Hello, I have been printing all my parts with 2 perimeters as the guide suggests, though I am using a .4mm nozzle. Some posters have indicated that more perimeters are required, also stating that 1.2mm wall thickness is preferred. I intend to cut some aluminum down the road. Should I reprint all my parts with more perimeters or should I be okay?
You should be ok. If it bites you it will probably show up as deformation of the bolt holes where point loads get applied. As long as you set the infill correctly you should be fine.
