I am doing 4 walls with a .4 nozzle so that will be 1.2mm thick. Should the top and bottom also be 1.2?
Actually walls will be 1.6 since there are 4. So should top and bottom also be 1.6?
This is what the instructions say:
Recommended Print Settings: PLA for dimensional accuracy (PETG is also acceptable, if your dimensions are verified good and you are willing to sacrifice some rigidity). Two or more perimeters for through hole strength. There are some steep walls so no more than 75% layer height to nozzle diameter.
So there should not be a problem with what you want to do as far as I see it. No promises though…
