Nope, use the recommended settings when starting out. 
There are some advanced options like PET-CF etc., but the gains are marginal.

Welcome aboard! For what it’s worth I followed the instructions to the letter and my build came out great! I usually have a pile of Flashforge PLA PRO filament so that’s what I used. Enjoy the build.
