Poll: Which tracking do you prefer in the EU?

Since I am not really happy with DHLs untracked option and the delivery to post boxes, I’d like Europeans (excluding Germans, shipping is fine here) to give me their feedback on the preffered prices and services.

Important: I am liable either way, even if it is untracked and unsinsured, in the EU I, as a seller, have to resend it if it does not arrive! The drawback with untracked for you is that you

  1. don’t know when the parcel will arrive and
  2. are definitely going to wait longer if it does not arrive, because I am obviously waiting the time DHL says it might take (2-3 weeks) before sending out another one (if I have them in stock).

In the EU would you rather…

  • pay 7€ without tracking and insurance via DHL?
  • pay 14,49€ with tracking and isurance via DHL?

Kinda depends on the price of the product.

Apologies, I should have specified: the Aluminium Sideplates for 38€.

The printed parts are being shipped insured anyway, there is no cheap option for that size. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

I added both options so you can now choose between the two kinds of shipping when ordering in the EU.

I since became a business customer and was able to simplify shipping rates: Vereinfachte Versandkosten – Shipping simplified – HaWiWe. So no more choices, a flat 8€ does the trick with tracking, insurance and DHL’s premium shipping options. :slight_smile:
